I have forgotten my password, can I get it back?
If you have already registered and chosen a Joost Name and a password, then please go to the Password Assistant page to request a new one using your Joost Name. Otherwise you need to register first.
How do I change my password?
Just go to the change password page in the personal profile pages to enter a new password.
My password doesn't work – what can I do?
Your password is the same one that you used to log in to the website to download the Joost software. If you can't remember it, you can automatically request a new password. Please remember to use the Joost Name you originally signed up with, or the system won't recognise you properly.
Why am I being asked for personal information? What will you do with it?
The information we require from you in order to register your Joost account is: Joost Name, email address, date of birth, post code (in some areas) and password. The reason for this is to help us to provide you with a better and more personal TV experience. In the future we'll be able to recommend particular features that we think you'll like, and show you adverts that are more relevant to you.
