What is the Zapper?
The Zapper is your controller, kind of like a remote control for the video on your home page. You're able to find and play a lot of shows from the zapper – whether they're in My Queue, your Favorites, Our Picks or if they're Popular or Random shows.
I can't see my Player or Zapper. What's wrong?
If you're using Firefox and have the Adblock Add-on installed, you might not be able to see the Player Zapper. Uninstalling or disabling Adblock and restarting your browser should solve the problem.
What's My Queue?
It's your personalized place where you keep the shows that you want to watch ready and waiting for you. Wherever you are on the site, whenever you find a video you like, you can add it to My Queue by clicking the "Add to My Queue" button.
What happens to videos after I've watched them on My Queue?
When you're watching videos from My Queue, you'll automatically move from one video to the next. Once you watch a video from My Queue, it's removed from your list. But if you want to add it back, simply click the Add to My Queue button that's right below the video player.
Why am I being told to disable my adblocker?
Some of our partners require that you do not have any sort of Adblocker installed, and check this by ensuring they can see adverts. Please make sure you have disabled all adblockers, or other software which may prevent you from seeing adverts. Alternatively you can watch content from one of our other partners.
