Dr. Pluto invented PX-1 to save her daughter, but the experiment failed. Dr. Pluto thus puts 13 lock codes to protect PX-1 and left it up to the Lemon Game players to break them. Hadim wanted to restore PX-1 for his political ambition. Meanwhile Cora thought that her father killed her and wanted revenge by uniting with PX-1. But when all the misunderstanding was cleared up, Hadim attempts to unite with PX-1. Moderato deletes the Lemon Game permanently, thus saving Xenon from disaster.

The story takes place at Miyagami Academy, your not-so average all girls high school, seeing how its student council, the Best Student Council, has assault and covert squads.
