In most cases, the fastest way to get help with technical issues is via the resources on the Joost website. Many of the commonest issues are addressed in the knowledge base, so please check here for answers to your questions first. If you're a registered beta tester, you can also read the release notes in the download section for information on the latest version of the Joost software.

If you're having trouble logging into the site, please make sure that you're using the email address you originally used to register with Joost or you won't be recognised. If you're already a registered beta tester but you've forgotten your password, you can use our password agent to recover it.
