Middle school students, Nagisa and Honoka are faced with their second challenge as protectors of light, Cure Black and Cure White. Together with Mipple and Mepple from the Field of Light, they battle against Pisard and his monster, Zakenna.
Pisard uses Zakenna to possess a vacuum cleaner, and suck up all the energy, and plunge the city into darkness. Cure Black and Cure White must use their super powers to overcome these evil forces from Dotsuku Zone to save their city. Will they succeed in saving their city from Pisard and Zakenna again?

In an attempt to get the Prism Stones from Nagisa, dark warrior from Dotsuku Zone, Pisard poses as a new student teacher at Verone Academy where Nagisa and Honoka are students. Once he gets into the school, he casts a spell over their homeroom teacher,
Ms. Yoshimi to lure Nagisa from the classroom.
Honoka and Nagisa must battle Pisard and his monster, Zakenna once again as Cure Black and Cure White, Protectors of the Light in order to protect Mepple and Mipple from the Dotsuku Zone, and keep them from annihilating the Field of Light and the Field of Rainbows (Earth). Pretty Cure Ep04-A Miracle? The Art Museum Comes to Life!
Nagisa is put in charge of her class’ social studies field trip to the art museum with Honoka as her assistant. Pisard, the dark warrior from Dotsuku Zone comes after them in the museum, turning people into stone statues and creating havoc with his monster, Zakenna who possesses the paintings of great masters, and brings them to life. Nagisa and Honoka are forced to transform into Cure Black and Cure White once again to battle the sinister forces from Dotsuku Zone, and keep Mipple and Mepple from falling into the hands of Pisard. Pretty Cure Ep06-A New Darkness! The Bear in the Dangerous Forest
After defeating Pisard, the dark warrior from Dotsuku Zone, Nagisa and Honoka recover a Prism Stone dropped by Pisard. Nagisa and Honoka must go to Hyotan-ike pond in search of the Prism Hopish, the container for the Prism Stones that Mepple dropped from the impact of entering the Field of Rainbows. While searching for the Prism Hopish, they encounter Gekidrago who has been sent in place of Pisard, and Zakenna, the evil monster from Dotsuku Zone.. As they battle this new dark warrior from Dotsuku Zone, they discover a new Pretty Cure power. Will this new power enable them to defeat Gekidrago and Zakenna?

Nagisa has a very important lacrosse game, but before the game, she sees Honoka and Fujimura-kun, the soccer player together, and can’t keep her mind on the game. Meanwhile, Gekidrago is approaching the grounds where the lacrosse game is being held, and Honoka decides she must divert his attention and prevent him from ruining the game for everyone. Will she be able to keep him at bay by herself, and what form will Zakenna take this time?

Nagisa and Honoka have a big fight when Honoka tries to help Nagisa get to know Fujimura-kun. Honoka is hurt by what Nagisa says to her, and she gives Mipple to Nagisa, saying that she doesn’t have any right to hold on to her, and that Pretty Cure has to be two people who trust each other. This is an even bigger threat to Pretty Cure than the dark warriors from Dotsuku Zone. Is this really the end of Pretty Cure?
Pretty Cure Ep09-Give Him Back! The Great Mepo Mepo Strategy
Nagisa has a fight with Mepple when Mepple keeps teasing her about Fuji-P, and she threatens not to feed Mepple. She is so upset with Mepple that she ignores him when he says he’s not feeling well. Just when she finally realizes that Mepple really is sick, the vice principal takes Mepple away, saying that it’s something that’s not for school use. Nagisa has to figure out a way to get Mepple back so she can cure his illness before it’s too late. Will she get him back before she and Honoka have to battle the evil forces from Dotsuku Zone, and before it’s too late for Mepple?
Pretty Cure Ep10-Honoka Explodes! A Wonderful Birthday
Honoka’s parents come home for Honoka’s birthday. It’s the first time she’s seen them in a year. They always make it a point to come home just for Honoka’s birthday. But their special day together is interrupted by a call from work which ends up with all of them being held hostages in a jewelry robbery. On top of everything, Gekidrago makes his appearance at the jewelry store, and Honoka is left to handle the jewelry robbers and Gekidrago without Nagisa’s help. How is she going to let Nagisa know that she needs help when the robbers have cut the phone lines? Will she have to deal with the robbers and Gekidrago all by herself?

Nagisa takes her little brother, Ryota to the aquarium, so he can write about the fish for his homework. Fortunately, she had invited Honoka to come along with them because Gekidrago and Zakenna come to the aquarium after the Prism Stones. Zakenna possesses the bodies of some of the more dangerous creatures of the sea to stage an attack on Nagisa and Honoka. Will Pretty Cure be able to defeat the sinister forces that have gathered in the aquarium, and save Ryota from danger?

Nagisa and Honoka meet up with a new evil, dark warrior when Poisonny appears to get the Prism Stones. She succeeds in taking Mepple by luring Nagisa with chocolates, knowing that Nagisa’s greatest weakness is her love of chocolate. A new transfer student named Kiriya Irisawa, comes to the Boys Division. He’s cute and very athletic, and also happens to be one of the evil dark warriors from Dotsuku Zone. Honoka and the science club will be doing a presentation of their research experiment at a school science project competition. Just as they are about to present the results of their experiment, Poisonny steps in to wreak havoc on the program by getting Zakenna to possess the science experiment. Can Honoka and Nagisa defeat Poisonny and Zakenna without destroying all the hard work Honoka and her science club has put into their science project? And what does this new transfer student, Kiriya Irisawa have to do with all this anyway?

The coincidence gives Nagisa a bad feeling that the dark forces of Dotsuku Zone will appear somehow and ruin their vacation. Mipple and Mepple are kept busy, trying to keep Pollun entertained. All Pollun wants to do is play while Nagisa and Honoka try to finish up their summer vacation homework, and try to deal with the dark warrior from Dotsuku Zone who wants to take the Prism Stones again. This time another new dark warrior appears in the form of Regine who seems mild and meek until she transforms into a dark warrior. Pretty Cure must fight the army of Zakennas who try to protect Regine, so she can do her duty. Why was she sent to the Field of Rainbows if not to fight Pretty Cure, and get the Prism Stones?
Pretty Cure Ep29-Stormy Summer Festival! The Thunder God is Super Scary!?
Pollun seems to have the power to foresee the future. He predicts another awakening, and a third dark warrior appears to get the Prism Stones from Pretty Cure. Nagisa and Honoka go to the Summer Festival together with Shiho and Rina. While at the festival, they meet up with Fuji-P and some of his soccer buddies. Fuji-P’s friend suggests a test of courage at the shrine that’s rumored to be haunted. It starts to storm, and Fuji-P gets hurt while trying to save Nagisa from falling down the steep steps at the shrine. Getting help for Fuji-P brings Nagisa and Honoka face-to-face with the third and final dark warrior. Are the three dark warriors here just to get the Prism Stones back, or do they have another purpose in being on the Field of Rainbows?
Pretty Cure Ep30-Explosive! Pretty Cure Rainbow Storm
It seems that the three dark warriors are not only after the Prism Stones, but they have been spawned so they can restore Jyaku-King back to life. Before they bring him back to life, they want to get the seven Prism Stones. They manage to capture Wisdom and the Prism Hopish, but before they take him, Wisdom entrusts the power of the stones to Pollun. The power within Pollun enables him to give Pretty Cure a new and more powerful weapon against the dark warriors, the Pretty Cure Rainbow Storm. The worst news is that the dark warriors have succeeded in bringing Jyaku-King back to life. Pretty Cure must keep the secret of the power of light hidden from Jyaku-King and his dark warriors. In the meantime, Regine appears again, looking for the power of the stones. The relay race starts while Nagisa and Honoka are battling Regine and Zakenna. Will Nagisa make it back in time to run the relay race or will Regine succeed in figuring out where they are hiding the power of the stones?
Pretty Cure Ep35-Is This a Date? Tumultous Happy Birthday
It’s Nagisa’s birthday and Nagisa gets the biggest surprise of her life when Hasekura-kun, a hot, good-looking basketball player confesses his love for her and asks her to go with him to pick chestnuts. Nagisa goes with him with the intention of turning down the relationship, but they are attacked by Juna and Zakenna in the form of a giant chestnut, knocking Hasekura-kun out while Pretty Cure battles against Juna and Zakenna. Hasekura-kun comes to in time to see Nagisa as Cure Black battling Zakenna, and falls in love at first sight with Cure Black. He confesses his love for Cure Black to Nagisa without having any idea that Nagisa and Cure Black are one and the same. What will come of Hasekura-kun’s love for Cure Black and will Pretty Cure be able to keep the dark forces of Dotsuku Zone from discovering where the Power of Creation is hidden?
Pretty Cure Ep36-Reach for Freedom! Stone Keeper's Desperate Great Escape
Stone Keeper is left with just the talking cockatoo and two very simple-minded Zakenna butlers to watch over him. And he finally manages to outwit the two, and escape from the mansion, only to find that he’s lost in a forest with no idea where he is. Once he’s free from the dark forces of evil, he senses Pollun’s presence and makes contact with Pretty Cure. They use the clue of a field of dandelions blooming out of season, and finally locate Stone Keeper, but before they can take him to safety, Belzay appears to try and find where the power of the stones is hidden. Will Pretty Cure be able to protect Pollun from Belzay and rescue Stone Keeper and the Prism Hopish?
Pretty Cure Ep37-First Stage Performance!! Don't Lose, Romeo and Juliet
Nagisa and Honoka are chosen to play Romeo and Juliet in their class play for the Verone Festival, but in the middle of their performance, they are attacked by Juna and a band of Zakennas from Dotsuku Zone. How are they supposed to transform into Pretty Cure in front of the entire student body, family and friends who are there to watch the performance of “Romeo and Juliet”? Nagisa is supposed to deliver some important papers to her dad at his office, but Ryota volunteers to take it, so she and Honoka can go shopping. Nagisa is worried about Ryota, so instead of going shopping, she and Honoka follow Ryota to make sure he makes it to her father’s office safely. When they finally reach the office, Ryota goes into the wrong building, and while following him, Nagisa and Honoka run into Regine and Zakenna, the dark warriors from Dotsuku Zone. Regine is determined to find out about the secret power that Pollun has. Will she succeed and put Pollun’s life in danger? Will Ryota find their father’s office in time to deliver the important papers?

Nagisa and Honoka’s teacher, Ms. Yoshimi announces that she’s getting married, and the class decides to make her a quilt for a wedding present. On the day of the wedding, Nagisa and Honoka bring the quilt to present to Ms. Yoshimi, but they encounter Juna who is determined to find out where the power of the Prism Stones is hidden. He is sure that Pretty Cure won’t be able to defeat him in a battle without the help of the little creature (Pollun). Will Pretty Cure be able to stand up to the dark warrior from Dotsuku Zone without the help of Pollun’s special power? Will they be able present their wedding gift to Ms. Yoshimi or will her wedding day be a total disaster?

When Honoka’s grandmother goes away for the night, Nagisa spends the night at Honoka’s house. Nagisa and Honoka’s class is chosen to represent Verone Academy at the Seibu Regional Middle School Singing Competition, but before they can go on to do their solo part, two of the dark warriors from Dotsuku Zone show up at the competition.
