Jonas' reminisces about his mysterious past and communicates with a Hawkinust follower before a familiar foe breaches his solitary existence.

Jonas catches two hikers in his cougar trap and takes them hostage. Convinced they're undercover ATF agents, Jonas interrogates the hapless hikers while Echo quietly protests.

Being an insecure ex-folk star clinging to fame, Jonas attempts to wow his guests. Jonas performs his hit single, The Duffel Bag Shuffle, and shares his motley mountain man pastimes with Whitby and Anna.

Whitby and Jonas party into the night as Anna awkwardly sits by. When the hikers decide to escape, Echo takes matters into his own hands.

Jonas Hawkinus is Mountain Man - a demented, ex-folk star, anti-government survivalist.  Won't you join his revolution?

1.1 - In episode one we meet our main character

Luke Vincent, as he takes the stage for one of his many sold out lectures for recovering addicts. Meanwhile, Sandy, a young vixen learns first hand the harsh penalties that come with crossing her dubious drug dealing boss, Eddie. As Luke finishes healing the masses, Sandy scrambles to recoup money she owes, and the stage is set for their two paths to cross.

1.2 - Sandy breaks into Luke's home in an attempt to repay her debts, and quickly learns that her boss Eddie might

not be the worst man in her life. When all is said and done, Sandy is at Luke's house to stay, and we learn she isn't the only one when we meet the second member of his captive audience, his own sister Sarah.

1.3 - Luke, taking a break from struggling to write his next lecture, has lunch with his manager, Debra, that ends with him running into a very determined fan of his work.

Episode 1: Prologue

After a seance with Mother Gaia, Jonas realizes his mortality. He becomes determined to reach out to his former fans and to find new followers "from the most powerful pulpit on Earth, the internet".
