Will Gadd, ("Grand Canyon" and "Paragliding Across America") is also one the world's top ice climbers, and now may be the first person to climb icebergs...extremely unstable pillars of 10,000-year-old ice floating in the North Atlantic off of Greenland. The danger factor is extreme, as one fall into the icy waters, or the sudden breakup of a fragile iceberg, would be a dicey life-and-death moment for Gadd.
