When Air Force One makes a refuelling stop on the island, the U.S. President (played by William Shatner) accidentally gets left behind. Dale befriends the President and becomes his advisor, passing along thick globules of down-home wisdom. But things turn sour when he unwittingly (of course) instigates a major international incident.
