On discovering that those beer-guzzling hockey freaks, Dale and Frank, are Canada's most typical Canadians, a Japanese businessman hires them as advisors for a popular Canadathemed amusement park. Unfortunately, their idea of Canada doesn't sit too well with Japanese tourists.
