Fernando Catatau, native of the state of Ceará, commands the guitar and the microphone of the band Cidadão Instigado, which has as the starting point for the compositions, the stories he has lived out himself, and that were turned into lyrics. The influence of the band comes from Brazilian rock of the seventies.
