West: With some clutch shooting down the stretch, 12th-seeded Western Kentucky advanced to the Sweet 16 for the first time in 15 years with a 72-63 victory over No. 13 San Diego on Sunday.

Midwest: Wisconsin is headed to the regional semifinals after handling Michael Beasley and the Kansas State Wildcats in Omaha. Trevon Hughes matched his career high with 25 points in the 72-55 victory.

South: Texas held off a furious Miami rally to advance to the South Region semifinals. The Longhorns were led by A.J. Abrams with 26 in the 75-72 victory.

UNC vs. Arkansas Highlights
East: Wayne Ellington was one of five Tar Heels in double digits as North Carolina routed Arkansas 108-77 on Sunday to advance to the East Regional semifinals.

West: Darren Collison scored the go-ahead basket with 9.5 seconds left, Josh Shipp contested Donald Sloan's final drive and top-seeded UCLA held on for a 53-49 win over Texas A&M on Saturday.

Kansas vs. UNLV Highlights
Midwest: Capping off two days of mismatches in Omaha, the top-seeded Jayhawks pulled away from UNLV in the second half and romped to a 75-56 victory to advance to the Sweet 16.

Wash St. vs. ND Highlights
East: Derrick Low scored 18 points and Kyle Weaver added 15 as fourth-seeded Washington State knocked off Notre Dame 61-41 in the second round of the East Regional on Saturday night.

West: C.J. Anderson and Drew Lavender each scored 18 points and Josh Duncan added 16 as No. 3 seed Xavier advanced to the Sweet 16 with an 85-78 victory over fifth-seeded Purdue.

UNLV vs. Kent St. Highlights
Joe Darger made four 3-pointers and had 18 points, Wink Adams added 17 and UNLV tied an NCAA tournament record by holding Kent State to just 10 points in the first half of a 71-58 win on Thursday.

South: The 2008 Big East champions continued their hot play in the NCAA Tournament, as the 3rd-seed Pittsburgh Panthers dismantled the Golden Eagles of Oral Roberts 82-63.

Marquette vs. UK Highlights
South: With its 74-66 first-round triumph over Kentucky, Marquette earned its first NCAA tournament victory since 2003, when it defeated these same Wildcats in a regional final.

Purdue vs. Baylor Highlights
West: The Purdue Boilermakers raced out to a 19-point halftime lead and cruised to a 90-79 victory over the Baylor Bears.

WSU vs. Winthrop Highlights
East: The game was all square at halftime, but Washington State exploded out of the gates in the second and outscored Winthrop by a 42-11 margin the rest of the way to advance to Round 2.

ND vs. George Mason Highlights
East: Luke Harangody had 18 points and 14 rebounds to lead the fifth-seeded Irish to their first tournament victory in five years, 68-50 over George Mason.

Wisconsin vs. CSF Highlights
Midwest: Cal State Fullerton kept up with Wisconsin late into the second half before the Badgers pulled away from the Titans for a 71-56 victory.

WVU vs. Arizona Highlights
West: Alex Ruoff and Da'Sean Butler had huge nights for West Virginia, leading the Mountaineers to a 75-65 victory over Arizona in first round action.

UCLA vs. MV St. Highlights
West: Kevin Love and top-seeded UCLA dominated from start to finish, handily defeating Mississippi Valley State 70-29.

9 Arkansas vs. 8 Indiana
It appeared that Indiana was on track for a much higher seed than 8, but the midseason dismissal of Kelvin Sampson led to a slum that has the Hoosiers going up against Arkansas in the first round of the East Regional.

10 Arizona vs. 7 W. Virginia
The Wildcats continue their long run of NCAA Tournament appearances as they take on Joe Alexander and the 7th seeded West Virginia Mountaineers in the first round of the West Regional.

12 G. Mason vs. 5 Notre Dame
If George Mason wants to be this year's 'George Mason' it will have to start by knocking off the Big East player of the year Luke Harangody and the Notre Dame Fighting Irish.

12 Villanova vs. 5 Clemson
Villanova got in to the NCAA Tournament as the last at-large bid now they have to go up against the ACC Championship runner-up Clemson in the first round of the Midwest Region.

11 Kansas St. vs. 6 USC
Two of the top freshmen in the country face off in the first round of the Midwest Regional as Kansas State's Michael Beasley goes up against Southern Cal's O.J. Mayo.

10 Davidson vs. 7 Gonzaga
Two mid-major powers collide in the first round of the Midwest Region as the Gonzaga Bulldogs take on the Davidson Wildcats in Omaha.
