After being rescued from a Decepticon attack, Spike and Sparkplug Witwicky offer their assistance to the Autobots, and The Autobots are going to need it in order to stop The Decepticons from gaining power to conquer Cybertron.

The Autobots do whatever it takes to prevent The Decepticons from using a recently constructed ship to leave Earth and head for Cyberton.

The Decepticons has survived the ship crash, and they've built all new "Spacebridge" to transport Energon Cubes to their troops on Cyberton.

Megatron returns from Cybertron and will try to destroy the Autobots with the antimatter formula, enhancing his already deadly arm-mounted Fusion cannon.

Optimus Prime arrives to a military factory where the Decepticons are stealing Energon. Prime saves the humans, but suffer serious damage and will die if the Autobots can't find spare parts to their leader

The Earth is returning to the ice age, because an evil plan of the Decepticons who have found a new partner-an old Autobot named Skyfire, who had been frozen in the artic for millennia. Starscream convinces his old friend to join the Decepticons, but when Skyfire leasns of their nefarious plans, he joins the Sutogbots and sacrifices himself to save the Earth.

The Autobots find dinosaurs skeletons during a tremor. Wheeljack thinks they will be good against the Decepticons and builds the Dinobots, but they are too dangerous and must be disconnected until a situation to prove what they can do.

The Autobots discovers that the Decepticons are trying to make a new weapon with the energy created in the center of the Earth, controlled by a gem in a pyramid in Peru. The Autobots needs some backup from their old friend Skyfire.

A meteor is about to crash in the Earth and could possibly be a good way of collecting a storehouse of Energon, so Optimus Prime order the Dinobots to guard the meterorite against the Decepticons.

The Decepticons captures Sparkplug to use him as a guinea pig of a "Hypno-chip." The Decepticons will use this to make anarmy of brainwashed humans to build up a new "Space-bridge" big enough to bring Cybertron down to the Earth's orbit, regenerating the energy of Cybertron, but destroying the Earth.

Natural disasters plague Earth as The Autobots attempt to stop Megatron's plan. A team of Autobots and Spike head for Cybertron to save sparkplug, but they could be heading straight for a trap.

The Autobots on Cybertron evade capture, and work toward finday a way to counteract the effects of the hypno-chips. Meanwhile, Optimus Prime leads the remaining Autobots in a battle to put an end to Megatron's plan.

Starscream is going to destroy the Earth and take the energy from the explosion to rule the Universe. The Atuobots and decepticons must team up to stop that disaster.

The Insecticons, a new group of Transformers, arrive and they ally themselves with the Decepticons. Druing a battle, the Autobots take major damage and are defeated. The Autobots will have to think hard in order to beat this new threat. To solve this new dilemma, they find a plant, which eats through anything, and allow the Inscticons to devour it!

The Constructicons, recently created by the Decpticons, have built a device to give Megatron the powers and skills of all of his soldiers. All this is to give him the advantage in a challenge he issues to Optimus Prime. And if Optimus loses, he and The Autobots must leave Earth.

The Decepticons kidnap Gears and his personality cartridge is removed. This is part of a plan designed to destroy the sun.

Spike is severely hurt during a battle. His mind in placed into Sparkplug's recent creation, Autobot X, until his body can be saved by an operation. But The autobot X body was unstable to begin with and Spike soon ends up betraying his friends.

The Autobots journey through New York City, which Megatron has turned to settl, to search for the dismantled Optimus Prime.

Jazz, Bumblebee, and Sparkplug are up against insurmountable odds when Megatron manages to turn the rechargingh Autobots evil.

The Autobot Mirage's mind suddenly becomes enslaved and he is used by the Deceptiocon's and the Insecticons in a plot against The Autobots.

Wheeljack's new invention, The Immobilizer, is capable of rendering any Transformer hit immobile for a short time. Once The Decepticons get their hands on it, however, they modify it and begin leaving many Autobots immobile.

Most of the Autobots lose their ability transform to robot mode after the Decepticons use a device on them. A handful of Autobots still capable of transforming are their only hope.

Megatron seizes control of The Torq III computer, enabling him to control the flow of oil.

The legendary Atlantis is proven to be real and its residents aren't exactly peaceful.

While traveling through space in their interstellar craft The Ark, The Autobots are ambused by their enemies, The Decpticons. The battle moves into the Ark itself, leading to a damaging crash on Earth. After millions of years of dormancy, both sides are suddenly awakened and the battle of Earth is about to begin
